Meet Kristine L'Estrange
In 2024, I realised something was missing in the HighLevel space. As women operate differently in business. We thrive on support, we value deep understanding, but most of all we need environments where we can ask questions without the fear of being mansplained to or dismissed.
I looked around for a community for us that offered that kind of psychological safety and strategic depth, but it simply didn't exist. So, I decided to build it.
What started as a handful of women looking for a better way to work quickly struck a nerve and began to spread globally. The growth has been nothing short of extraordinary. By January 2025, we celebrated our 100th member, and just a few months later at the Sydney HighLevel Sasspreneur event, we were more than 250 women strong. That same year at the LevelUp event in Dallas, over 30 women from across the world came together for our first incredible in-person Women of HighLevel gathering.
Today, in April 2026, Women of HighLevel is a powerful international collective of over 3,500 women. We are no longer just a group. We are a movement of owners, operators, and decision-makers building businesses that matter.
